About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and Health Service Provider in Massachusetts (MA Lic. # 11743, HSP). My therapeutic approach is built on thoughtful collaboration as a foundation for meaningful and lasting change. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on exposure-based treatments when indicated.
I work with individuals and group on issues ranging from high performance and professional burnout to severe psychiatric illness, substance use disorders, and behavioral addictions. I work primarily with those ages 16+, including many college students and student-athletes.
I am is a staff psychologist at McLean Hospital and holds an appointment as Instructor in Psychology (part-time) in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Kosiba provides individual psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation to teenagers and adults with a wide array of mental health struggles and concerns.
Dr. Kosiba has a particular specialty in treating complex substance use disorders and co-occurring psychological problems.

Therapy
